Esta tarde al volver desde mi trabajo a mi casa me encontré con una protesta generalizada en la estación RETIRO porque TODOS LOS TRENES DEL RAMAL MITRE (RETIRO-B.MITRE, RETIRO-J.LEON SUAREZ,RETIRO-TIGRE) se vieron demorados en mas de 25 minutos, me gustaría saber qué pasa con esa empresa, quién regula al transporte y sus inversores? Quién debe controlar la calidad del servicio prestado con respecto al precio por el viaje? Cuando no hay paros, igual llegamos miles y miles de personas tarde a nuestros trabajos y hogares, protestamos en atención al cliente y se nos ríen en la cara, quién puede ayudarnos, a quién debemos recurrir? Una empresa privada cuando tiene problemas con sus empleados o soluciona los problemas o prescinde de los servicios de los empleados disconformes y contrata a otros, desde las fábricas de golosinas hasta las empresas de servicios pasando por las automotrices.
